We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Data Analysis Assistant to support data entry, cleaning, processing, analysis, and reporting activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Records Management, Information Management, or a related field.
Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, PivotTables, and data cleaning.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SPSS, R, and Stata.
Ability to enter, clean, organize, and validate large datasets.
Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis.
Ability to prepare tables, charts, and statistical reports.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Ability to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
Experience with research data or survey data will be an added advantage.
